How to Sign Up/Register

• Launch the mobile app.
• Click on 'SIGN UP' to create a new account with Health Storylines. If you have a Registration Code or Study Code, click on 'Enter Registration Code' to enter the code there.
  

• Enter your information - Name, email, password for your account, birth year, gender

• Agree to the privacy policy

• Answer the captcha images that will pop up after you check “I am not a Robot*”
  
  
  

• Follow the rest of the process flow to create your account.
  

• Your account is now created! You can now login and start using the app.

  You will get an email to verify your account. Check your inbox for the email you used to sign up, and verify your email address.
