Get Started with Health Storylines

In order to get started, you can download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

To begin your self care management and start using the app, you only need an email address and a password. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one by signing up. If you already have an account with us, login with your email address and password.

Any kind of communication from us outside of the app, will be made to you via email, to the email address provided by you.
