Alira Health Digital Health Inc., developer of the Health Storylines™ app, is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and respectful digital environment for all users. We explicitly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
Any user-generated content, communication, or behavior that involves, promotes, or attempts to solicit CSAE is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to the appropriate authorities, and removal of all related content.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Post, share, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Solicit, groom, or attempt to exploit a minor in any way.
- Use Health Storylines™ to engage in or facilitate illegal, harmful, or exploitative behavior toward children.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
Health Storylines™ maintains an in-app “chat” feature allowing users to report any inappropriate content or suspected abuse.
All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation and security team. Verified CSAE material or conduct is reported in accordance with applicable laws, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities.
4. Compliance and Legal Obligations
Health Storylines™ complies with all applicable child protection and online safety laws and regulations, including those established by:
- U.S. federal and state child protection laws
- Canada’s laws on child sexual exploitation and abuse
- International conventions and local jurisdictions where we operate

Violations of these standards may result in permanent account suspension, content deletion, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement.
These standards are reviewed regularly to align with evolving legal and ethical requirements for online safety.
