-
Select the ‘Patient List’ tab
- Search for your test patient in the “Search patient” field to the left. Select the patient that corresponds to your HS credentials. For example, click on “Patient X”. (The default tab displayed should be the patient's contact information, which will likely be blank at this time).
How to Access the Study Code
- Log in to HSC.
- Click on the ‘Patients’ tab in the left pane and the active patients list will appear.
- Click on the Invite Patient tab. You should see a section called "Invite Code". It should contain the study codes for each group.

-
When adding the patient, the following screen should appear.
-
You can choose which specific group they will automatically be added to, as well as whether you want to remove their tools from their previous company (this should be Yes by default.)
-
If the patient does not have a Health Storylines account, you can create one for them, filling in all relevant information. When adding the patient, the following screen should appear.
-
You can choose which specific group they will automatically be added to, alongside their contact information and login password.
How to Add Patients to Groups
-
Click on the ‘Groups’ tab in the left pane. The active patients list will appear. Here, you can see the different groups within your project/study, as well as what locale they are in and which patients are assigned to each group.

-
Click on the New Group tab. Here, you can create a new group by defining the group name and locale (language) for the patient app to convert to automatically.

When you return to the Group List tab, your newly created group should be visible here.
How to Add or Update Patient’s HCP/Alternative Contact Info
